Our History

  • Tower One opened for occupancy in 1971; designed by renowned architect Charles Moore
  • Tower East opened for occupancy in 1982
  • Winner of multiple Best Practice Awards from U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and Connecticut Assisted Living Association
  • Recipient of four HUD grants (2000, 2001, 2002, 2005) for assisted living conversion of nine floors of apartments in Tower One
  • Governed by volunteer Board of Directors that includes community leaders from throughout New Haven County;
